Christmas

... the most beautiful time of the year

hey everyone I' ve been absent for a few days but here I am again.
Todays post is about Christmas yeah. Well Christmas is only 4 days away and I know I've mentioned it already a thousand times but I'll be in London. yeah only 2 days to go!
I think that everyone loves to be at home for Christmas (or somewhere with somebody you love) because it is a family thing. Everyone recieves and give some gifts to the persons you love! I love presents but I don't care if it is a small or a big gift as long as I get something that comes from heart. I' ve already got a present (a giveaway) from Lifting-Fairy, Thank you I can't wait to test these Protein bars!
 I love wrapping gifts, that's the second reason why I love Christmas & of course I love decorating the Christmastree. I do it every year together with my parents. It is always funny because who has the same problem over and over again with these Christmaslights?? That annoying ''put the lights on that it doesn't look like you just threw it at the tree'' problem *hihi* 
Another good thing is that everybody well almost everybody is in a good mood and the food is sooooo delicious. When I am with my boyfriend at his place, his parents make such delicious menus that after I'm done eating I always feel like I just gained 10 pounds.
The decorations on Christmas markets and in the streets are sooooo beautiful and I just have to take pictures of everything. So I'll show you some pictures I took this year and some nice pictures are coming soon as a review of London!! So guys stay tuned.

7 nights

... to go
Oh my gosh, I am alreday freaking out.. I ll tell you why!
Only 7 nights to go and I´ll be waiting for my flight at the airport with my boyfriend to fly to London. Our flight goes quite early at 6:55 a.m  & I am so excited. It is our 2nd vacation. 1st time was 2012 in Paris, we´ve been there for Christmas too 23-26.12.2012. After one year of relationship. And now we are already for exactly (yep I m very precise) 3 years and 5 days a couple and it is our 2nd vacation. This time we go to London ! 22-27.12.2014 & I think that it will be a wonderful Christmas even if I am not with my whole family. Michel is part of my family too. So we gonna send some pictures to our families hihi :P I can already see their jealous faces.



So I hope that the next 7 days will go by very quick because I can´t sleep in the evening and in the morning I ll not get up because I am way too tired. (lazy me, for once) But my days will start as usually at 6 a.m or 7 a.m. I ll do my breakfast and go to university and study. Wednesday is Legday ;D yeah, this is defnitely the best part of the week. But the word ´LONDON´is always on my mind. The little countdown of 7 nights decreases every hour, minut even every second. I have already been 2 times in London and I have to avoid it is the most beautiful town I´ve ever been to (but Paris is also amazing). I just love the English spirit. People are friendly, helpful and open minded.
So I hope that my boyfriend will love it as much as I do. He has never been to the UK, so I planned the entire trip. I just hope that everything will work as planned. Otherwise it will be all my fault. hahaha OH NO! No, I am just kidding everything will be fine.

Tuesday
 University & some ´´homework´´ &I ll also reprint the maps for the vacation
Wednesday
Fitness at 8 a.m, University, work on my presentations in history which I have after the holidays, evening with the girls from the lovely four
Thursday
 My dad will pick me up with all my stuff I have to take with me to Luxembourg & I´ll work on my history papers
Friday
 I prepare and wash all my clothes & perhaps a little shopping tour with my boyfriend
Saturday
 packing my bags & being excited
Sunday
 pack the things I forgot to pack on saturday haha & we will check-in in the evening. AND I LL NOT SLEEP UNTIL 2 A.M haha (I already know) 

THE MONDAY !!
I ll get up around 4.30 and my dad will take us to the airport 
yeah!! we fly at 6:55 a.m & London here we come

My Wishlist

Winter motivation

welcome to winterwonderland

It is already so cold outside, I´d love to cuddle up in a cosy comfy blanket and sit in front of the TV and never ever get up again. ( only for some christmas shopping and a walk in the snow).

Well that sounds good, right?

I think so BUT now in winter it is quite difficult to stay in shape and to be fit, because Christmas is only 13 days to go & New Years Eve only 20 and there will be so much food with tons of kcal and yummi deserts. You have one possibility  if you don´t want to put on weight. -> Eat NOTHING from all this yummi food hahah well, I won´t do that.

I will get my ass up an workout so that I can enjoy this delicious food. But in winter it is hard to be motivated I know. BUT I AM! :)

On monday it started to snow at my place yeah. But the snow is already gone. I decided that I´ll have a morningrun in the snow. But who knows that, you make plans and afterwards you do any of them, or you tell yourself : I´ll start tomorrow! and you never do it. It is hard to overcome your weaker self.

But on tuesday morning I got up early and I put on my sportswear and I went for a little morning run at the stadium. And that´s the result. Tadaaaaa. So it wasn´t that difficult.


It were only 27minuts but it is better than nothing at all, and as I said  it was quite cold so I was motivated.

I always tell myself:

If not now? when then?

or, come on run, afterwards you will be happy

In summer you will be happy that you worked your ass off

So yesterday I got up early and went to the gym at 8 a.m I´ven been the first. yeah. I was all alone for about 10minuts. After a little warmup it was time for a leg workout cause Wednesday is Legday. I am already excited for next Wednesday. hihi

I am finally again up to 35kg for the squats. I also trained my adductors and had my legpress and legcurl workout. After one hour and a half my gymtime was already over because university was waiting for me but I had an amazing workout. And I felt so damn great!

A December

... to remember

Evening my lovely followers and readers. Well as everbody knows the year 2014 is almost gone. Only 21 days to go ! So you should try to make the best of it & make sure that you have a happy end in 2014 & a new story for 2015. But we all know that it will be a tough december as every year. Snow falls down, it is cold outside you have to put on scarfs and beanies and your fluffy winter coats. The busses are late and wherever you go there will be a crowd to make some Christmas shopping. Or already preparing stuff for Silvester.


I have to avoid that I simply love christmas and all the stuff around.
My December started quite good. I ll tell you a bit what I already did in this beautiful and full of emotions month.

1.December 
Well I made a post about 1st day of december so go and check it out here

2. December 
I had a great breakfast, made out of pancakes, alpro soja yoghurt and banana. The rest of the day was quite horrible (university). I had some lessons at 7 p.m yeah... To finish the day I had a delicious hot chocolate with some cinnamon.

3.December
Again an awesome breakfast and of course my advent calendar tea <3
The first snow came down by night, I was so happy & I couldn´t resist not taking some pictures and selfies. To be honest who can?
I participated in lifting_fairy´s giveaway <--- CHECK OUT HER BLOG!
I celebrated with my girls from the.lovely.four Julia´s birthday.(Post on the blog)

4.December
My friend Mara had a sleep over at my place & with some good panckes in out stomach we had the most annoying and borig lesson ever...musicology.

5.December
Finally FRIDAY. Yeah but not for me. I had onther evening lession, but it was about St.Nikolas & Santa Clause and quite funny

6.December
University on a saturday morning and even afternoon. OMG, but the lesson was about some Christmas songs (most of them where horrible, I can tell you). I also made some window shopping in Saarbrücken city, while waiting for the bus. (I have to save my money fo damdamdam LONDON) But even tough I bought a new tea and it is delicious. (Perhaps I should write a post about tea)

7.December
I was with my boyfriend so it was just a great sunday with my love :) We´ve been a bit lazy and went to shopping mall and checked out the stuff they have for christmas. &&& I WON THE GIVEAWAY from lifting-fairy (post will be online soon so you can see what I´ve got)

8.Decmeber
Nothing special happened I went to university and made some grocery shopping and it started to snow.


9.December
I went for a little run at the stadium and felt like home again!





10.December
3 YEARS with my love Michel! i love you
& I had a great legsession at the gym.

Applesauce buttercookie cake


Good evening lovelies,
ah isn´t it great, it is December, Christmas isn´t that far away anymore. To be exactly only 16 days to go and it snowing (at least at my place). Am I the only one who wants something to eat that tastes like Christmas and winter and december but doesn´t take to long to do? I don´t think so. ;)

And are you dreaming too about all this?
If the answer is yes, then stop immediately and go ahead!

Today I gonna show you a recipe I got & learned from my lovely mum.(Mums always have the best recipes) The recipe is quite simple.

Healthy Christmas Cookies

on a snowy wednesday.

hey guys! I already posted this one at my other blog but I wanted to publish it one both blogs. (take a look @ thelovelyfour)
It is cold outside and the first snow fell down this night, grab your beanies and scarfs and put your snowboots on because winter is coming and christmas is only 21 days away. Happy me!
So what would be more christmas like than baking cookies? Nothing, so check out my healthy cookies recipe to make your evenings perfect with some cookies and a good tea in front of the TV watching Christmas movies.

So this post is about a healthy cookie or muffins recipe for christmas. There is no sugar and no butter or oil in there. So they are very healthy. I´llnot talk that much about how much i love it to bake the time around christmas but I can tell you really like it.

So this time I wanted to have a little snack but a BAD one haha but then I decided that my snack should be healthy too and I created these cookies.


They look yummi. No?

material:

ingredients for 12 cookies
  • 150 gr. blended oats as flour
  • 3 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 egg
  • 2-3 tbsp agave syrup (I took honey because I was out of agave syrup)
  • 1 tbsp backing powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp milk (take the milk you like the most,I took cowmilk )
  • 100 gr. apple sauce ( mine was homemade, below I´show you how you can do it on your own. you need 3-4 apples)

apple sauce
  1. peel your apples and cut them into small pieces
  2. fill your pot with  100ml of water put the apple pieces in
  3. let it boil on the mid level
  4. stir with a whisk for about 20min.
  5. you can add some cinnamon or some gingerbread spice
  6. let it cool down








cookies
  1. put all the ingredienst into a bowl and stir them
  2. take some muffin form
  3. put your dough into the forms some apple sauce and then again some dough
  4. heat your owen at 200 degrees and let cookies bake for 20-25min




and your healthy cookies are DONE

enjoy them!

my monday

was great !!!

yeah lovelies it was monday again, haha I think not everyone likes mondays but I do.

Monday is great because when your start your week in a good way I think nothing can bring you down anymore even not 7 hours of university on a saturday from 10 a.m-5p.m (like mine this week).
