oat muffins

Hey sweeties,
on this lovely sunday evening I got something quite new for you. I ve been experimenting inmy kitchen and the result are yummi Banana Oat Muffins with a touch of chocolate. So they are almost Vegan if you take vegan chocolate. Check out my reciepe and feel free to give me a feedback if you try them.
 Here we go !

Ingredients for 10 cupcakes:

  • 150 gr shredded oats
  • 25gr whole wheat ( or you take 175gr of oats so you can leave the whole wheat)
  • 150-200 ml soymilk ( or any other milk)
  • 1 banana
  • 3Tsp unsweetend cocoa powder
  • 10 gr of grated chocolate- to decorate
  • 1 egg ( if you´re vegan just leave the egg and add some milk and 1 Tbsp applesauce)

Dreamdays...

What a lovely friday I had !
Couldn't be better. I spend some time at home with my family and also with my boyfriend & the weather was nice.
But perhaps you are wondering why this post is called Dreamdays? I'll tell you!

In a few days, well a few is a bit excessive but when you're busy the days go by so fast.
So only 98 days to go! & summer is finally there.

With summer I mean: no school, good weather, no worries, sun, cocktails, beach, long nights, chilling and fun with my friends.

And these 98 days motivate me quite much, that's why I started a challenge a few days ago. 102 days without chocolate, cookies, sugar and so on & yesterday my friends ate chips and I resisted happy me. :) In summer I ll spend a week with my boyfriend and friends.

So the destination is:
Whoooop whoooop :)
To I need new trendy summer clothes and some motivation to finish the semester and get a giod body.
So 3,2,1 GO :)

mommys apple pie

Happy friday sweeties,
yep we all have a longer weekend & I have more time to spend with my family, friends & of course my love. As I mentioned my family. A few days ago I asked my mum for her pie reciepe. When I was a little girl I always helped her to make delicious rhubarb pies! We had this "today we make 20 pies day" & I helped her by doing my own mini pies. Today I have my mums reciepe for you! When you have a bigger form you have to doubble the ingredients. So here we go.

You need:
  •  7 Tbsp flour
  •  6 Tbsp sugar ( you can take stevia sugar)
  •  4 Tbsp oil
  •  6 Tbsp milk ( almond,coconut or oatmilk)
  •  3 Tbsp baking powder
  •  2 eggs
  •  2 apples (you can take any fruit)
  •  some cinnamon
